2-on-1 Training at AGA
Our 2-on-1 training sessions are designed to offer athletes a unique balance of individual attention and team elements. In each session, two athletes are paired with an AGA trainer who will work closely with them, helping each athlete to maximize their strengths while addressing areas for growth. This format allows for highly personalized feedback within a motivating, team-oriented environment.
What to Expect in 2-on-1 Training:

Training sessions can be structured based on the athletes’ goals or targeted needs as identified by our trainer. Whether it’s improving specific skills, enhancing physical conditioning, or addressing mental fitness, each session is designed to deliver focused, impactful training.

Athletes can support, challenge, and motivate each other throughout each session, fostering a sense of camaraderie and accountability while pushing each other to reach new levels.
