
Camp and Sledgehammer Mentality
We just wrapped up our summer camps – and WOW! – this was our best and most challenging season yet! First and foremost, we would like to thank everyone for their continued support in our training methods and for trusting us with the development of your athletes.
Prior to participating in our camps, many of our athletes held the belief that skill development through training was the sole path to improvement, a notion that holds true to a certain extent. Progress as an athlete is indeed facilitated by dedicated self-improvement. However, to ascend to the elite level, advancement occurs when individuals surpass their existing boundaries. It is at the point of feeling unable to continue, the urge to quit looming, that genuine growth transpires. By persevering through that critical juncture with unparalleled enthusiasm and effort, athletes can truly elevate their performance to new heights.


We dared every athlete to break through their boundaries, urging them to grab their imaginary sledgehammers and shatter their ceilings. That was our battle cry each time, and let’s just say, everyone brought their A-game!
